Ice cream machine operation procedures and maintenance methods

The principle of making ice cream is simple: Ingredients are added to the ingredient tank, where they are mixed evenly with air by an air-milk pump and then transported to the freezing tank. The expanded milk mixture is churned and gradually cooled in the freezing tank, increasing its viscosity. Once the desired viscosity is reached, it is pushed to the outlet by a screw conveyor. Opening the outlet, the machine extrudes the finished ice cream.

Ice Cream Machine Operating Steps:

1. Simply freeze the fruit for 20 hours, then let it thaw naturally for 10 minutes.

2. Turn on the ice cream switch and place the frozen fruit into the machine. This will give you a healthy dessert!

3. Peel and chop the fruit, removing any seeds and pits (this is essential).

4. Do not move the machine during use. Simply put in the ice cream ingredients and fruit and churn; the process is fully automatic.

Ice cream machine maintenance method:

1. First, remove the feed hopper to make it easier to clean the dispensing port;

2. After removing it, rinse it with clean water, preferably warm water. After washing, do not expose it to direct sunlight; wipe it dry with a clean cloth and let it air dry;

3. Reinstall the feed hopper in the same order as in step 1.
